Are you a passionate sales professional with 1-2 years of experience as Sales Manger in the EduTech industry We are looking for a Sales Manager who's ready to make an impact and join our team immediately!

Position: Sales Manager
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 4.5 - 7.0LPA
Location: Bengaluru
Immediate Joining required

Role & Responsibilities:
Drive EduTech sales, achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
Identify opportunities for business growth and generate leads
Lead product demonstrations and presentations to clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads
Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt sales approaches
Report on sales performance and provide feedback to management

Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven sales experience in EduTech
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to build and manage client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience in maintaining and contributing to team goals and aligning individual targets with the team's overall objectives
