Job Title: Sales Manager Construction Civil Projects

Location : Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Sales Head

Job Overview :

As a Senior Sales Manager (IC) in Construction Civil Projects, you will be a key player in driving the sales growth . Your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the construction industry. This role requires a dynamic professional who excels in relationship building, project management, and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and civil engineering sectors.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, market research, and industry events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to the construction industry. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives, and proposing suitable solutions.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of sales agreements, ensuring smooth handover to the project execution teams.
  • Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the project successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Managing existing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinating meetings and site visits to present project solutions.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the client & company.

Requirements :

Experience :

3 - 5+ years of sales experience in the construction or civil industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills : Strong understanding of civil concepts, construction processes, and project management.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
