**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our System Integration division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and system integration solutions, along with a proven track record in sales. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth by selling our integration solutions across various industries.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for system integration services, including hardware, software, and network solutions.

- **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at various client organizations.

- **Proposal Development:** Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

- **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to offer competitive and innovative solutions.

- **Negotiation:** Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for the company.

- **Sales Forecasting:** Develop sales strategies and forecasts to meet or exceed targets and quotas.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

- **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports using the company's CRM system.

- **Networking:** Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the companys network and promote its services.

### **Key Skills and Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
