Primary responsibilities:
1. - Customer Account & Relationship Management
2. - Customer communications & coordination on Scheduling, Supplies, Payments, Logistics, complaints
3. - Order processing
4. - internal coordination within all teams to ensure customer deliverables are met
5. - RFQ Management, Costing support and submissions
Position deliverables:
1. Customer Satisfaction
2. On time payments receipt
3. Adequacy & Accuracy of Forecast / Customer Requirement to enable internal Operations planning
4. Timely RFQ responses
Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, sales or similar
2.Significant experience in selling engineering components or products to OEMs in India and abroad
3. Track record of closing enquiries and meeting sales targets
4. Experience in managing or leading a team even if not in a formal role
5. Clear communication and persuasion skills
6. Ability to analyse data, track sales metrics, and identify trends to either escalate or make informed decisions
7. Ability to creatively and efficiently solve problems
8. Basic technical proficiency and technical acumen in engineering products as well as proficiency in using modern CRM tools and software.
