MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY- Profile - Branch Manager - Sales
Qualification - Any Graduate
- Experience -Min. 7+ yrs. (must have experience in Sales of Metal / Non-Metal Laser and Fiber Cutting Machines, Welding Machines, Bending Machines, CNC Routers ,Metal Cutting)
Salary - Upto 12 LPA
- Responsible for Sales Team and Individual Performance.
- Responsible for regular cold calling for team and individual.
- Responsible for preparing prospective client's lists for individuals and to verify the same list for the team.
- Responsible for market research to sell Metal / Non-Metal Cutting Machine's, in the territory.
- Responsible for creating sales plans for products of the company.
- Need to prepare a travel schedule prior and to inform the coordinators.
- Need to check and verify the travel schedule of the sales team at the branch.
- Need to introduce the best technology available with the company to increase customer satisfaction.
- Need to educate Sales Team members about the technology and to clear their doubts.
- Need to get orders from clients and to update the order with central stores and with coordinators.
- Need to provide support to the Sales Team to clear their upcoming / lined-up orders.
- Need to coordinate with clients for payment releases.
- Need to coordinate with the central warehouse, logistics team and coordinators for timely and smooth delivery of ordered machines at the client's place.
- Need to coordinate with the Service / Installation team for successful installation of machinery at client's place.
- Need to take follow clients for After Sales feedback and to resolve issues.
- Responsible for Branch's sales performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 1,100,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year
