Revenue Generation
Developing clinic business plans and streamlining the operating procedures, budgets and objective. Continue to grow and build overall business through in-house strategic marketing and other creative inputs by assisting your present team.
Identify loop holes & initiate necessary strategies to overcome it.
Ensure every member of the team should meet their individual designated target , not just by dictating them but by providing efficient help
Ensure all the in-house databank (telephonic- enquiries, sms, online, registered, non-registered, event, online etc.) are used properly
Ensure Client follow up ethic is followed properly and effectively done on daily basis
Assist your subordinates in improving conversion ratio.
Ensure effective revenue contribution from both front office and back office as decided.
Proper data management through appropriate filling is must.
Client Satisfaction
Ensure that client should not be suffered due to personal reason
Ensure that staff are not raising voice against client
Ensure that client should complete his/her package on time.
Ensure that client should get post treatment calls on regular basis.
Ensure that client should get call on their birthday & anniversary & avail complementary session as soon as possible
Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional client experience
Reports
Ensure all Daily activity sheet is prepared on daily basis by everyone in clinic & should be signed by Centre Manager.
DSR should be sent daily at end of the day
Any other MIS if required should be sent on time.
Ensure that on every 1st of month, the punched attendance sheet is sent to the HR.
Team Management
Develop , manage and monitor the performance of work force
conceptualizing need-based training programs to enhance skill
Oversees & evaluate job performance of the staff.
Ensure relationship among clinic staff is healthy
Proper motivation & assistance should be provided to clinic staff.
Review, evaluate and provide feedback on staff performance
Effective utilization of manpower
Rules & Regulation
Ensure all rules are followed by staff in the clinic
Ensure Grooming is properly done
Responsible for internal controls and quality audit checks for various operational areas
