Sales Manager

Our sister concern company, Padmavati Resins Pvt Ltd., is one of the largest manufacturers of PU and Epoxy Based Compounds for various applications. Chemsol has three business divisions: Flooring, Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals, and Protective and Decorative Coatings. Our factory is located in Jejuri, Pune, Maharashtra.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Chemsol Polymer Industries Pvt Ltd. located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team, setting sales goals and targets, implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research, product promotions, and analyzing sales data.

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Knowledge of floor coating, anti-corrosion coating, waterproofing, construction chemicals, and protective coatings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Experience in managing and motivating a sales team
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in sales or marketing
