  • Ceeco, a trusted name in the AV & IT System Integration industry has set new benchmarks in the same industry. We, over a period of 3 decades, have evolved into a multi-product / divisional entity with a strong network of distributors and dealers across India.

    Ceeco is seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to be part of our organization. Experience in approaching and selling to HNI individual/ private institutional customers - may it be home theatres, financial products, interior decoration products/ high value art / paintings etc. Knowledge of Delhi NCR and Uttarakhand market.
  • Roles & Responsibilities-
To work with direct customers as well as traditional and non-traditional channel partners in order to sell high value AV integrated but fixed products (can be called solutions if required)
  • Monitor and report on sales performance
Develop, manage and coach sales team as per requirement of business.
  • Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with company team members to generate and meet with prospective leads
Track and report all sales activities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy & close sales of Audio video products.
  • Required Skill-
Good Communication skill.
  • Must have good knowledge of HNI's market.
Must have previous experience in IT/OA channel.
  • Familiar with Audio-visual product.
Good exposure of North Indian markets.
  • Qualifications

Experience managing sales teams
  • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous Experience in Direct product sales.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 600,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • B2B sales: 5 years (Preferred)
* total work: 1 year (Preferred)
