Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Manager - CASA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) sales and business development. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales growth.

Sales Manager CASA

  1. Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts
  2. Drive numbers and value
  3. Recruit and train the team members on regular basis
  4. Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch
  5. One point contact for the TM in case of any grievance from customer's side
  6. Go along with the team members on calls while meeting some important customers.
  7. Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set.
  8. Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met in terms of documents collected, IP cheque.
  9. Ensure that the team members are properly guided on adherence to the
  10. requirements as per the KYC norms as prescribed by RBI and satisfy that these are
  11. satisfied before forwarding the Account Opening Forms to RPCs for processing

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Experience in managing CASA sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
