Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at Candytoy Corporate Pvt Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales for promotional toys and confectionery items. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Sales strategy development, client relationship management, and business development skills
• Experience in the promotional toys or confectionery industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of the plastic injection technology industry is a plus
