Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales growth, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for coaching and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.

Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the inside sales team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the sales process.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the inside sales team, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate sales records.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in the Saas/platform/Marketplace industry.
