Role Overview:
- As a Senior Manager - Sales at BriskPe, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development within the E-Commerce and SME sectors.
- Your responsibilities will encompass customer engagement, pipeline development, onboarding clients, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- This role requires agility, adaptability, and the ability to contribute to the company's growth through effective support systems and market exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in specified sectors and geographies to identify their issues.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and successfully onboard new customers.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients.
- Continuously engage with customers to increase transaction values on the platform and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback and adapt solutions to evolving client needs.
- Develop and manage support systems to enhance conversion rates by onboarding potential channel partners.
- Travel to explore new markets and segments for the company's expansion.
Reporting:
- Report directly to the Sales Head.
- Share regular business updates with your manager.
- Actively participate in productive business discussions and contribute innovative ideas for business growth.
- Provide valuable insights and suggestions to the management team to have a lasting impact on the company's success.

Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.

- 4-5 years of professional experience in cross-border payments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders. Must possess a strong customer focus.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.
