Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at BRIMAX AAC PRODUCTS located in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Experience in the construction industry or related field is a plus
