Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager MICE at Bliss Worldwide Destination Management Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Sales Manager MICE will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and growing the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segment of the business, including client relationship management, event planning, and sales generation.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry.
• If not from a direct MICE background, must have significant experience in travel with client-facing roles, demonstrating strong potential and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in communication skills and computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of MICE industry operations is preferred.
• Travel background candidates should be adept in client interaction and show a readiness to adapt and learn about MICE specifics.
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month
