As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in our mission to curate extraordinary living spaces for our discerning clientele. You will be at the forefront of our bespoke luxury real estate division, ensuring that every interaction reflects the elegance and sophistication that defines the company
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
- Understand the unique preferences and requirements of clients to provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Showcase an in-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market, hospitality industry, and airline industry.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to align strategies and drive cohesive team efforts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Industry Expertise:
- Leverage your extensive experience in the luxury real estate space, hospitality, or airline industry.
- Demonstrate a polished and refined approach in all interactions, embodying the essence of bespoke luxury.
Multilingual Skills:
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Proficiency in Telugu and Tamil is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in managing or selling to UHNWIs.
- Strong background in luxury real estate, hospitality, or airline industry sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in tools needed for Lead Management / CRM tools
- Experience in creating and managing Gantt charts.
Team Player:
- Strong team player with ability to contribute to day to day activities of the entire team
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve project goals.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to convey complex sales concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
