JOB TITLE:SALES MANAGER
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Panchkula, Haryana. The Sales Manger will be responsible for selling and promoting pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Working Hours: 10:00 am - 06:00 pm
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Pay Scale: Upto Rs. 35,000/- Fixed + Variable (Incentives)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Outreach:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve collective sales goals.
- Generate sales by initiating outbound calls to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical practitioners.
- Effectively promote and sell pharmaceutical products, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Ensure team members are equipped with accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to succeed in sales outreach.
Relationship Building:
- Foster positive and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and deep product understanding.
- Support the sales team in building rapport and trust to establish long-term partnerships with clients.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmaceutical products, uses, and industry trends.
- Train team members to communicate product details, clinical data, and regulatory information effectively to healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align product messaging and positioning.
Sales Targets:
- Lead the team in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Continuously assess sales progress, conduct follow-ups, and adapt sales techniques for improved performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Oversee accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed reports on team sales performance, challenges, and successes to senior management.
- Ensure timely updates and feedback from team members for streamlined sales processes.
