Sales Administration: Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamline processes and systems wherever possible, and advise senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Sales Management: Responsible for managing sales individually, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence. Ensure expense controls, meet agreed targets, and promote the organization's presence.
Client Handling: Handle potential clients in the field as the first in command.
