Handle OEM accounts and to support North India sales agents to improve the business.
Ensure regular visits to potential/key customers with respective agents in north and OEM
customers.
Maintain good relationship with existing OEM and improve the year on year growth with them.
Identify new OEM's and establish new business PAN India.
Provide technical support to our agents and hand hold them to achieve sales growth in North.
Preparing quotations, negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Keeping self-up-to-date on new products & competitors in the market
Preparing weekly reports as per sales department guidelines.
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Making technical presentations and demonstrating of a product.
Payment Collection as per agreed PO Terms.
Take ownership of the order and act as pivotal point between customer/agents and back office
team and ensure smooth execution of the order.
Fulfil the assigned target for sales order for self and agents, New Vs existing sales, sales to focus
sector, customer satisfaction level etc.
