- What You'll Do: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our SaaS solution ModenX.com , and onboarding new retail customers. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the successful adoption of our platform by retail businesses.
Identify and engage potential new customers, effectively communicating the benefits of the ModenX platform through in-person meetings and phone calls.- Manage post-onboarding follow-ups, providing continuous education to new retail clients to ensure they utilize the ModenX platform effectively.
Collect and relay customer feedback to the platform development team, collaborating to continuously enhance platform features.
- Work closely with the platform support team to ensure clients receive timely and efficient support.
Maintain a strong understanding of retail industry trends, customer-centric analytics, and experience personalization to tailor sales approaches effectively.- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, brands, and malls to drive platform adoption and customer success.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA or MBA) in Sales, Marketing, or experience in related field.- 5+ years of experience in software platform sales, preferably within the retail industry.
Proven experience working with retail stores, brands, and malls, with a strong understanding of the retail landscape.
- Exposure to customer-centric analytics and experience personalization is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.- Strong organizational skills with a focus on customer success and continuous improvement.
