Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager (Onsite - Ahmedabad)

Location: Ashram Road,Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Preferred Location for Candidates: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Calcutta, Pune

Industry Experience:

  • IT Industry (USA / UK / Dubai / Singapore Domain)
  • Advertising Agency (Indian Market)
  • Digital Marketing Agency (India / USA / UK / Dubai / Singapore)

Commission Module: Up to 50% of the project cost, with upfront payment upon project closure

About Us: We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the Marketing/Advertising Industry. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team at our Ahmedabad office. This role is pivotal in driving sales and fostering client relationships, with a competitive commission structure rewarding successful project closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve company targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, manage leads through the sales process, and close deals effectively.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Project Closure: Oversee and facilitate project closures, ensuring smooth contract negotiations and successful implementation.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for strategy adjustments.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales management role, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IT industry (USA/UK/Dubai/Singapore), advertising agencies (Indian market), or digital marketing agencies (India/USA/UK/Dubai/Singapore) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.

Commission Structure:

  • Upfront Payment: Receive an upfront payment upon successful project closure.
  • Commission Rate: Earn up to 50% of the project cost, providing a significant earning potential based on performance
