Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance in Moradabad, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to meet sales targets, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The role also entails analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Data analysis, market research, and forecasting skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Relevant certifications in sales or insurance management (e.g., LOMA, CII) are a plus
