InstaLaxmi is the country's first and largest B2B Digital Gold company located in Chennai. We develop a Digital Gold platform for jewelers, which includes essential features like Loyalty programs. Our gamified platforms are designed to suit consumer behavior, resulting in increased app usage and business growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role in the Jewellery industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting our Digital Gold platform to jewelers. This is a hybrid role, based in Chennai with the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Jewellery industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Good understanding of digital platforms and technology
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Fluency in Tamil is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
