This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Delhi, India office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring that the team accomplishes its sales targets on time.
- Generating and nurturing leads, providing them with solutions with accuracy and promptness.
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients to grow business from them.
- Representing the organization at trade shows internationally.
- Maintaining market knowledge, analyzing competitor activities, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
- Qualifications*
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of the automotive spares industry is mandatory
- Experience in International Sales will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Should be willing to travel internationally as per requirement
