Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving the firm's overall growth objectives.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to engage prospects and schedule sales meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective deals, from initial contact through closing.
- Value Proposition: Understand and effectively communicate Emerging Strategy's value proposition to prospects.
- Collaboration: Work with the operations team to develop customized solutions and proposals.
- Progress Tracking: Track and report progress on a daily and weekly basis, keeping the team informed.
- Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform conversations with prospects.
- CRM Management: Manage and update prospect and deal information in CRM.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher with excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
- Sales Experience: 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales, specifically from the Facility Management industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives over the phone.
- Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and able to handle rejection with persistence and resilience.
- Results-driven: Motivated by meeting or exceeding targets and disciplined in consistently putting in the work needed to generate results.
- Problem Solver: Able to work under pressure, figure things out, and get things done.
- Team Player: Excited about working with a multicultural team.
