Job Overview
Assured & Protective India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This is a mid-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. The role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and corporate sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and client sales skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Experience in direct sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
