Asset Homes, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the residential sales division in Kochi, Kerala. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving his / her individual sales targets and expanding the customer base in this key market.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
Sales Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets, track performance, and take corrective actions to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / PG / MBA
Proven experience sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Kochi.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
