Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales.
  • Handle customer objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in telesales and revenue generation
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and conversational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM.
