Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Ascon Realty in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to drive business growth and market expansion.

• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
• Marketing Collaboration and Business Growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of sales success
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
