Arxada is looking for a
Sales Manager, MSC, India. This role is responsible for the delivery of sales in assigned territory/ market field with responsibility of Sales Revenue, Margin & Payment collection. This includes customer management, Market information, New business development and Receivable management.
- Achieve agreed financial and commercial objectives for the in the territory and or market field.
- Maintain and develop major customers by providing commercial and technical support and Creating Customer visit report and regular sales summaries and market information
- Drive new business opportunities within region and define actions for their delivery (communicate through SFDC)
- Accurate forecasting and demand planning within the team
- Maximize the profitability of sales through thorough management of selling prices, costs, and PC2.Optimization cash flow through management payment terms and overdue.
- Develops on an on-going basis, market intelligence required to gain competitive information as well as identify new applications for existing products in order to gain a competitive edge.
- Provides customer with best in class customer care in order meet business plan objectives.
- Directs distribution partners to emphasis profitability when selling various products to the customer by identifying value added components of company products in order to create market demand.
- Keeps abreast of new developments within marketplace so that research and development can create profitable products.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Engineering (with Chemical experience) or Chemical Engineering degree
- 4+ years sales experience in chemical applications. Biocides and additives experience strongly preferred
