Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Arun Excello in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate sales or property development is a plus
