Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell our platform and services to higher education institutions nationwide.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a strong focus on sales hunting and closing deals.
  • Establish and achieve annual sales and profit targets by analyzing market trends and creating effective marketing strategies.
  • Set and manage annual sales quotas for various regions and territories, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute actionable field sales plans to drive national sales initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, economic data, and competitor activities to maintain sales volume and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and supervise regional sales managers, ensuring they meet sales targets and performance standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide disciplinary action as necessary to maintain high performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete assigned tasks and support overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role.
  • 5 years of sales experience in the higher education sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales transactions.
  • Expertise in corporate sales and digital marketing.
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing sales processes, CRM systems, and sales tools.
  • Self-aware and proud of your achievements and their impact on company success.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
