Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager's / Sr. Manager's at Anantam Realtech in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, will analyze market trends, collaborate with the team, and participate in sales meetings.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills
  • Market Analysis and Team Collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Salesforce CRM or other CRM tools proficiency
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in the real estate industry is required
