Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic Real Estate Manager. If you are passionate about luxury real estate sales and have a knack for catering to the needs of HNI/UHNI clients, we invite you to join our team.

This role entails driving sales, and leading a team of sales executives/managers. Initially functioning as an individual contributor, the position will eventually involve managing a sales team.

Sales and Business Development:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
• Conduct negotiations and close real estate deals with clients and partners.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
• Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
• Utilize CRM to reach out to potential buyers and High Net Worth Individuals.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and property portfolio status.
• Analyse data to make informed decisions and propose strategic improvements.

Salary: Competitive, industry-standard

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales/Business Development or similar roles in hospitality, aviation, or related industries catering to high-profile clientele.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
