Job Overview:

The Sales Business Executive will play a crucial role in driving Trydan's growth by finding and establishing relationships with vendors for parts, conducting market research, and executing sales strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach, involving cold calling, in-person sales representation, and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the Battery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Sourcing: Identify and establish partnerships with vendors for essential parts and components required . Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure the best pricing and quality for Trydan Tech. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and regularly evaluate their performance.
  2. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, potential market opportunities, and competitor analysis. Analyze data to inform business strategies and product development. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on research findings.
  3. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the growth of Trydan Tech's product offerings. Identify and target potential customers and markets for EV 2-wheelers and Battery vertical. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients. Represent Trydan Tech in face-to-face meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and needs. Provide after-sales support and address any issues or concerns.
  5. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Prepare regular reports for the management team on business development activities and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience or exposure in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and industry events.
  • Passion for sustainability and the Battery industry.
