Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to the medical sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical institutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and materials

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in medical sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical products/services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
