We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales Leader to join our team and drive growth in the exciting field of AI & IoT (Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things). You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the AI & IoT market.

Functional Area: Sales & Business Development
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key industry trends, customer needs, and potential market segments within the AI & IoT space.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities for AI & IoT solutions, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new market entry.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with technology providers, system integrators, and other stakeholders in the AI & IoT ecosystem. Collaborate to create partnerships that enhance our business offerings and expand our market reach.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify target customers, create compelling value propositions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.
- Solution Customization: Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and customize AI & IoT solutions to meet their specific needs. Ensure that solutions are aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and drive customer retention.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze market competition to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Develop strategies to differentiate our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company goals. Provide feedback and insights to support product development and improve offerings.
- Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay updated with the latest trends, establish thought leadership, and expand professional networks.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report key business development metrics, such as sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market trends. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the AI & IoT industry with GCC country is a must.
- Strong understanding of AI & IoT technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication with Arabic understanding shall be considered as an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills to build relationships and close business deals.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial forecasting.
