Roles & Responsibilities:
-To support creating a business development vertical growth plan and driving revenue-generating initiatives as per the vision of the company.
- Contribute towards achieving Yearly Operating business development Plan in line with the overall business growth as per budgeted targets
- To initiate prefab products business development opportunities and drive estimated growth.
- Explore new business product lines in new territories to grow pan locations and drive trading business product diversification.
-To strengthen alignment with project operations, execution, quality cost, etc.
- Set and review mechanisms for monitoring actual v/s budgeted for overall business development growth, ROI analysis variances, and timely corrective actions.
- Develop strong relationships with Key account management by catering solutions that meet their requirement and build sustainable relationships with existing and new contractors.
- Drive new business - Sales and Expansion- analyze business potential and targets YOY for existing and new projects, represent in events, meets, and build networking plans to grow business
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience in a B2B ecosystem. Mandatory Experience in the steel industry.
- Exposure to Leading Sales Teams and Working by Example
- Strong Ethics and High Perseverance
- Excellent Communication Skills with a bias for Action, Self-Drive, and Initiative
