Job Description

Job Description: We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Lead to establish our presence and foster growth in Central India. This role is pivotal in representing and promoting Michezo Sports, focusing on sports infrastructure projects and client relationships within the region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement & Coordination
  • Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their sports infrastructure needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and agencies for sports surface tenders and projects.
  1. Client Management & Project Oversight
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and monitor ongoing projects.
  • Ensure delivery and payment terms are met, addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
  1. Sales Strategy Development
  • Formulate and implement a sales strategy based on product knowledge, market trends, and company capabilities.
  • Offer recommendations and quotes to clients based on a solid understanding of products and pricing.
  1. Internal Coordination
  • Work with internal teams including accounts, procurement, design & architecture, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless operations.

Skills Required:

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Indian sports infrastructure landscape, with a focus on North East India (preferred).
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and contracts.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with sports infrastructure products (preferred).
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present ideas and proposals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and support skills.
  • Sales & Closing Skills: Track record of meeting sales goals and closing deals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Email, Gsuite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years in sales, with a focus on infrastructure, particularly sports infrastructure.

Location:

  • Central India

Salary Range:

  • 20-24LPA depending on experience & capability and sales incentives that are target driven
