Roles & Responsibilities
- Penetrate new market segments within India(given region)by utilizing Starinco'splatform for Computer Vision software.
- Create and execute comprehensive & robust sales strategies for achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Identifynew business opportunities and expand existing customer base.
- Meet and exceed Sales targetsthrough close progress monitoring and corrective actions as required
- Regularly monitor sales targets, analyze sales data, and generate accurate reports to measure performance against goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to overall sales strategy, budget planning, and business growth initiatives.
- Utilizesales tools such as CRM (e.g., Zoho), lead generation tools (e.g., Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator), to track different stages of the sales pipeline, track leads, monitor contacts and deals closely and provide periodicupdates.,.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in manufacturing, heavy industries, and PSUs.
- Understand clients needs, challenges, and objectives, and provide tailored solutions.
- Travel as required, to meet clients and attend industry events
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, including major IT companies and telecom giants.
- Create joint business plans, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives with channelpartners.
Experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software development and machine learning related fields. Direct experience in computer vision will be preferred.
- Proven experience in IT Industrial Automation projects and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully driving digital transformation sales within the PSU and manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in participating in tender processes is a big plus.
- Proven experience in end-to-end channel partner managementis a big plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing Sales and lead generation tools like Zoho, Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field(Master's degree preferred).
Strong ability to build relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including ability to articulate the value proposition of our Computer Vision software
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute plans effectively.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
A keen awareness of the competitive landscape in these IT technology sectors.
