Job Overview
The person will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring all NFR short-term and long-term strategic business objectives.
- Develop new NFR ideas and partnerships as well as improve and or expand on existing business.
- Keep track of new developments in all NFR business chains in the local and global downstream industry.
- Ensure revenue and growth targets for NFR channels are achieved.
- Ensures effective liaison with NFR stakeholders for desired results.
- Identify and adopt new profitable partnerships for NFR.
- Ability to develop innovative ideas to drive top and bottom line, testing, and learning. refining and operationalising their Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
- Good networking, marketing and teaming skills.
- Relationship Management.
- Track and monitor upcoming retail outlets with NFR space for business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience in NFR sales, banking sales or retail sales.
- At least a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
- Excellent communicator.
- Self-motivator with a hunger for a career in sales.
