Role Description

This is a contract Sales Lead role at DigiFalx. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing customer communications, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales and product training, and overseeing sales management activities. This is a hybrid role, where you will be primarily located in Navi Mumbai but will have the flexibility to work from home for some of the time.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in sales management
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
