Job Description:

As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our user base in the designated areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting and achieving monthly targets for designated products, with clear goals communicated at the start of each month.
  • Building a robust supply chain and establishing a strong buyer base for all products within your territory.
  • Ensuring active user engagement by cultivating relationships with users who engage in four or more transactions per month.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving any crisis situations involving buyers, sellers, or logistics, in alignment with the supply chain and transaction.
  • Maintaining consistent communication and coordination with team members at Buyofuel to foster a thriving user community on our online platform.
  • Willingness to travel to various client locations, with the company covering accommodation and travel expenses.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and team members.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly targets in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate crisis situations effectively.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented work culture.
