Job Description:
As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our user base in the designated areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and achieving monthly targets for designated products, with clear goals communicated at the start of each month.
- Building a robust supply chain and establishing a strong buyer base for all products within your territory.
- Ensuring active user engagement by cultivating relationships with users who engage in four or more transactions per month.
- Proactively addressing and resolving any crisis situations involving buyers, sellers, or logistics, in alignment with the supply chain and transaction.
- Maintaining consistent communication and coordination with team members at Buyofuel to foster a thriving user community on our online platform.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations, with the company covering accommodation and travel expenses.
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in field sales or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and team members.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly targets in a dynamic sales environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate crisis situations effectively.
