Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Leader at Avtar The Power of Diversity in Mumbai. The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training. The Sales Leader will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and market expansion.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional sales professionals and Business Development Managers.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer care, and operations teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
- Improve productivity and efficiency through effective sales processes, tools, and metrics.
- Use CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
- Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Work with MSOL Asia Pacific sales leaders on pricing approvals and pursuit strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven success in driving sales in specific segments or products.
- Strong business insights and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Deep understanding of automation technologies and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE Instrumentation or equivalent engineering degree.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales or business development.
