Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Sales professional to join our team . As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our recruitment services to businesses and corporations in the IT technical and non-IT fields. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a required experience of 1 to 3 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales management, direct sales, sales processes, and sales operations
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the IT technical and non-IT fields is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell services to businesses and corporations in the IT technical and non-IT fields
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively demonstrating the value and benefits
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful recruitment processes and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide recommendations for business growth
