Job Title: Experienced Sales Representative

As an Experienced Sales Representative with us , you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our online and offline channels. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a dynamic and exciting role that requires a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate potential leads through diverse channels such as prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research. This phase is pivotal in identifying individuals or businesses that could benefit from the company's products or services.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings. Engage in meaningful dialogues to gain insights into their specific needs, challenges, and expectations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities both online and offline.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a unified approach.

Monitor and report on sales activities and results regularly.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance.
