STIPEND: INR 7,000 (Fixed) + 5,000 (Variable)

This will contain Training, Internship for all candidates then 6 months Trainee period for eligible candidates and get hired directly with good performance.

3 Months of Online Training

Online training will be provided covering 4 Certifications from Technical skills to Sales and Operations Management related to the services we offer as shown below.

3 Months of Paid Internship

After successful completion of 3 months training program, every candidate will be hired as paid intern. Stipend ranging from 9k to 21k (fixed) + variable (separately).

6 Months of Trainee Period with Salary

After successful completion of internship well performed interns will get hired as Trainee in the group companies for 6 months Trainee period.

Trainee gets Hired after successful completion of 6 training period

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills in hindi and any local language, basic English
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Students pursuing any Bachelor Degree, Diploma or Fresher, Students can apply
