Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team and play a vital role in connecting with clients and driving business growth. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team and directly engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to suggest properties that align with their requirements and facilitate the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential leads who have shown interest in our projects.
  • Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about our projects, highlighting unique features and benefits.
  • Answer any queries or concerns the leads may have regarding the projects.
  • Persuade interested leads to schedule site visits to our project locations.
  • Showcase the value proposition of visiting our sites and experiencing our offerings firsthand.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads.
  • Provide regular updates on lead conversion and site visit scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Working Schedule:

The internship will require weekend availability, with Wednesdays designated as the day off. Work hours are from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Location: Hiranandani, Thane

Stipend: Upto 10,000/- per month

Internship Duration: 2 Months (Full time opportunity based on performance)
