Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and prospects.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
