Assist in lead generation activities through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Engage with prospective students, understand their study abroad goals, and provide detailed information about our programs and services.
Conduct consultations and presentations, both in-person and remotely, to showcase the benefits and advantages of studying abroad through our organization.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships and guide students through the application and enrollment process.
Collaborate with the study abroad team to stay updated on program details, admission requirements, scholarships, and other relevant information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Assist with any additional tasks or projects related to the sales and marketing of study abroad programs as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in a related field (International Relations, Education, Business, etc.) or recent graduates looking to gain experience in the study abroad industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with prospective students and establish trust and credibility.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is preferred.
Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual with a passion for international education.
Familiarity with study abroad programs and the higher education landscape is desirable.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student inquiries and consultations.
