Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales:
- Handle inbound leads generated from marketing efforts and drive closures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.
- Outbound Sales:
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients.
- Engage in lead generation via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Innovate strategies for new lead generation.
- Manage outreach through lead forms and contact potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Understand client needs to provide tailored software solutions.
- Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with marketing to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Provide feedback on marketing-generated leads and campaign performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead generation via LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms.
- Success in closing inbound leads.
- Cold outreach performance (calls, emails).
- Effective collaboration with the marketing team.
- Creativity in driving new sales strategies.
